Description: • Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures to ensure that products or processes meet established quality standards. • Testing and Inspection: Conduct inspections, tests, and quality checks on products, materials, or processes to identify defects, deviations from specifications, or areas for improvement. • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and corrective actions taken. Prepare reports summarizing quality performance and areas for improvement. • Process Improvement: Collaborate with production or development teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency. • Compliance: Ensure that products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root causes of quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. • Training: Provide training to personnel on quality standards, testing procedures, and the importance of quality in the overall production or development process. • Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet quality standards and work with them to address any quality issues. • Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their quality requirements, address concerns and provide information on quality assurance measures.
